Refund and Returns Policy

Hand Painted Art

We are happy to accept returns on original artworks, if you change your mind let us know within 7 days of delivery.

Your money less the cost of shipping will be refunded when the artwork is returned within 14 days of you receiving it.

If you want to return your artwork, please ensure it is in its original package and in the same condition as when you received it, so we can fully refund you. You will need to include insurance and tracking in your return shipping costs. Returns are not available for any damaged art.

Damaged Artworks

We pride ourselves on our quality, and all our orders go through a quality control checking process before being shipped.

For artworks that arrived damaged please send us a photo of the damage, so we can understand what may have gone wrong.

Giclee Prints

Please note that your Giclee print is a delicate item and should be handled by a professional framer. Please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges are not provided for if you simply change your mind as these are made to order.

Postal Service Returns:

If your original artwork or print is returned by the postal service due to a failure to pick up, non-payment of custom fees, or it could not be delivered to the address you have supplied then a refund cannot be offered. However please contact us to discuss any difficulties you may have had, and we can consider your circumstances, please note though that the refund will be less the cost to ship, plus any other costs incurred by WOW art lab including return shipping costs. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item/s.
